hello everyone! we've recently received a complaint (as can be seen on the tagboard) from one of our customers and it's good that this issue has come up now and not later.

it's important for all of you know that the clothes we buy are mostly freesized and we size them ourselves. both of us (and our models) are size 6-8 for tops and a size 8-10 for bottoms. we try on the clothes and size them accordingly. we take our sizing very seriously!

we also have a no refund policy in case of unreasonable demands.

ALL our clothes have been properly checked (for holes or bad seams etc.) and sized. false advertising or offering anything less would only be detrimental to us!

we will still be happy to hear your views (good and bad) and clear any doubts you guys might have.
